          (F) Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources;

          (G) Secretary, Ministry of Environment and Forest;

          (H) Secretary, Power Division;

          (I) Secretary, Fisheries and Water Resources Ministry;

          (J) Chairman, Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation;

          (K) Chairman, Barind Multipurpose Development Authority;

          (L) Executive Chairman, Bangladesh Agricultural Research Council;

          (D) Divisional Commissioner, Rajshahi;

          (N) Divisional Strip, Rangpur;
